Jim Wallace is a petrophysical modeler with a wealth of experience in conventional and unconventional well analysis. With a bachelor's degree in Physics from the State University of New York College at Oswego and a Master's in business management from Southern Methodist University, Jim is a multi-talented individual with a combination of analytical and problem-solving skills. He has a proven track record of delving into the integration of well logs, core and well test data to yield rock and fluid properties for reserve studies. Jim's fluid saturation modeling and machine learning expertise have enabled him to provide tailor-made saturation equations, identify flow zones, and permeability modeling. His proficiency in matrix inversion porosity and lithology modeling has been sought after by many firms in the industry. Jim is currently the Managing Director at Wallace International, LLC and has previously worked in senior positions at Mobil Oil Corporation and Schlumberger Well Services.
