Ben Royce is a seasoned expert in digital strategy, search, mobile technology, information science, consumer insight, and behavioral research. Throughout his career, he has held various positions, including the former Department Head of Search and Data Science at Publicis North America, SVP and Director of Search and Data Science at Publicis, and Communications Strategy Researcher at Pfizer. He is also a part-time lecturer at Columbia University in the City of New York, where he taught Digital Transformation & Artificial Intelligence and Applied Analytics.
Royce's expertise has earned him recognition in the field, with his research cited in Think With Google, Forrester Research, and Mintel Research. He is an inventor of Publicis Caffeine and co-inventor of Sapient Content Topography. Apart from his teaching and research duties, Royce is currently Business Development, Cloud AI Services at Google, where he leads performance data science and serves as the global agency data lead.
