Kelly F. Ernst is an accomplished Chief Executive Officer with an extensive background in the fashion, retail, and direct-to-consumer industries. She possesses a Master's degree in Marketing from the University of Rochester's William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration, and a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a Marketing track from State University of New York College at Geneseo. Her skills range from operations and finance to content generation, user experience (UX), social media, and email marketing.

Ernst is the Founder of ProjectFIT, and has previously served as CEO & Co-Founder at Redenim, Interactive Content Manager at CompassLearning, Interactive Manager at New York City Economic Development Corporation, and Analyst/Programmer IT Communications at the University of Rochester.
