My last role was managing a team of 15 Data Publishers who architect the web and product data of the Online Store.My recent achievements include:  • Creating automation for the team which integrates directly into their existing workflows by extending MacOS via JavaScript.  • Driving the integration of video content into the store on a very large scale for the Apple Watch Series 1 announcement. It included increased capacity video content localized for 30 languages on approximately 40 products, and standardization of the formats, compression, and client caching to create the nominal customer experience.UI Architect - May 2009 to May 2013UI Architect for the UI Engineering Team in the Apple Online Store. My role was guiding technical solutions for the team, evaluating and deciding on the adoption of libraries and tools within our projects, and setting goals and processes to meet the needs of a rapidly growing team.My achievements include:  • Leading the migration of the Online Store's JavaScript to an open source based platform using: jQuery, CanJs and Jasmine. The result is a 40% reduction in the JavaScript payload on average, continuous integration, and more than 75% unit test coverage.  • Leading the enhancement of the Online Store to HiDPI images. The result is a front-end resource build system with that can create background images at an arbitrary size and provides extensive checks to ensure their quality.  • Developing many feature projects in the Online Store that include:     • Online Self Service (orders)    • Config To Order (mac configurations)    • Third Party Product Categories    • iPad 2 Launch    • GarageBand Lesson Store  • Started and trained a new UI Engineering Team in London for the Online Store
