With a track record in building $225MM+ business units and divisions from the ground up and across a diversity of international markets, Justens has successfully delivered strategic growth, business development, and operational improvements throughout his career. His expertise in both organic and inorganic growth opportunities, coupled with his ability to develop, manage, and market new ventures in disruptive and rapidly developing markets, has made him a leader in his field.

He has notable achievements in driving growth and market leadership through innovation, strategy, business development, sound P&L management, and an international approach. Justens is well-versed in speaking Dutch, English, French, and basic German, and has multicultural expertise that enables him to establish companies in new territories and deliver new customers across global regions.

Justens has a history of executive roles in telecommunications companies, including Digicel International, IDT, and Belgacom. He was also the former co-founder of Tottik and co-owner of Thalgo USA. Justens earned a postgraduate degree in Political Science (International) and a Master's degree in History from KU Leuven, and he also studied Teaching and Humanities/Humanistic Studies at the University of Leuven.
