Schultz is the CEO of Bootleg Advisors, a company that assists executives in bridging the gap between business needs and workforce execution in a secure and resilient environment. Schultz has an educational background in both Mechanical Engineering and Economics, having studied at the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
