Tracy Lawrence is a successful entrepreneur, executive coach, and advocate for mental health and wellbeing in the tech industry. She co-founded and sold the company Chewse, a corporate catering service that aimed to promote social connection and combat isolation in the workplace. Tracy also faced personal challenges, struggling with burnout and depression while leading her company. She pursued somatic healing, neuroscience, and psychedelic therapy to restore her balance and alignment with her values.
