Michelle Sempowski, a young professional from Toronto, Canada, has achieved remarkable success in marketing and brand management, despite being only two years into her career. With a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Ivey Business School, Michelle has worked for Procter & Gamble, where she gained expertise in digital media, data strategy, and brand management. Michelle's professional journey started when TD Bank hired her as an intern to research emerging payment technologies. She also worked at P&G in a sales role to manage distribution, pricing, and merchandising for five haircare brands. Alongside her professional experience, Michelle volunteered for a student voice non-profit (OSTA-AECO) for five years and was the youngest member of the organization's board of directors. Michelle is passionate about feminism and likes to challenge the status quo by sharing controversial opinions or asking lots of questions. Before University, Michelle was part of a team that broke the world record for open water marathon swimming.
