Enrica Tomasina is an accomplished HR leader with over 15 years of international experience in the hospitality, travel, media, and IT industries across Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA Region). She has developed particular expertise in Talent Acquisition, Development, and Career Transition coaching. Her experience includes managing and developing talent within matrix and multicultural environments, and also HR Transformation projects, mergers, and acquisitions.

Enrica's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, which she has leveraged in her leadership roles within the hospitality industry. She has also worked as an HR Business Partner at the International Air Transport Association and as a Human Resources Manager for EMEA at Hyatt Hotels.

Prior to her leadership roles, Enrica held key positions such as Associate VP Talent Acquisition & Corporate HR Business Partner at Global Blue, Director of Talent Acquisition EMEA at Yahoo!, and Staffing Manager Middle East, Mediterrenean, Africa at HP. Her experience includes Corporate Strategy Design across geographies, employer branding, recruitment key performance metrics, and ATS implementation (Taleo and Workday).

Enrica is passionate about managing and developing talents, and her skills include HR strategies, People Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management, and Change Management. Additionally, she has expertise in Training Development and Delivery, and is able to innovate and create change that brings value to people's lives.
