Olga Suslova is a highly qualified researcher and project manager with extensive experience in the field of market research, with a special focus on the survey and market research methodologies. She has a Master's degree in Survey and Market Research Methods from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU).

Currently, she works as a Regional Projects Senior Coordinator at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she provides support in research projects, manages data analysis, and leads the coordination of research teams. Previously, she worked as a Project Manager at Ipsos and GfK, where she was responsible for project planning, execution, and management.

In addition, Olga has volunteered as a tutor at The Access Project, helping to support students from disadvantaged backgrounds to achieve their academic goals. She also worked as a Research Intern at Centro de Investigaciones Sociológicas.
