I co-founded the company in 2010 as part of Entrepreneurial Greenhouse Program at Columbia Business School.  Adonis is a fully integrated automotive finance company.  We acquire used vehicles, repair them to our high standards, sell via retail installment contracts, and then service these notes for their duration.  Given our hands on approach, Adonis essentially functions as a “transportation as a service” company (TaaS).  We offer reliable cars, full mechanical coverage, roadside assistance, collateral insurance, and even loaner cars.  Our value proposition is guaranteed transportation in exchange for the customer’s regular payment.

Rescue Cooling specializes in portable HVAC RENTALS...delivered and installed 24/7.  We partner with the most respected Property Management companies in the industry to keep their customers cool (or warm) when supply-chain delays or other issues delay repairs in installed HVAC systems.  Our 1-1.5 ton spot cooling units can effectively temperature control offices, homes, data centers, retail locations, and much more.

I supported the division in formulating and executing our growth strategy through organic initiatives and M&A.  During my tenure with the company, I worked with a wonderful team who together grew Specialty revenue from $500M to nearly $2B.

Bain & Company is a global consulting firm that helps management make the big decisions: on strategy, operations, mergers & acquisitions, technology and organization.  Bain clients outperform the market 4 to1.

My focus at Bain Houston was in the Minerals and Energy industries, where I predominantly worked on Strategy and Operational Improvement projects.  I established a strong track record of delivering concrete, implemented results for my clients, and for establishing fun, collaborative relationships in the process.

I left Bain voluntarily to seek out opportunities in line management, and I maintain an excellent relationship with the firm.

Electrodash was a night-time 5K running event, revolving around a rich audio and visual production of lasers, fog, inflatables, disco balls, live DJs, and various other elements which transformed the course into a 5K dance party.  The company hosted fun runs in major cities across North America, Europe, and Japan--partnering with local charitable causes for each event.

I co-founded the company and oversaw international expansion.

Boart Longyear is the world's largest and most technically advanced mineral drilling company.  The Nevada Zone specializes in reverse circulation (RC) exploration drilling and also in large-diameter water well drilling for mining, oil, geothermal, and hydrology clients.  As the general manager Nevada operations, I led a team of 400+ employees and delivered financial performance with ultimate P&L responsibility for a $100M+ business.  I set the strategy, rallied the team, maintained excellent customer relationships, liaised with the community, and delivered record financial returns to shareholders in 2012.  A corporate restructuring led to my departure from the company in Q2 2013.

I worked directly with the Leader of the Drilling Services Division and regression-based demand forecasting model.  I also developed a playbook for best practices in bidding and pricing which the organization still uses today.

Earned MBA degree with emphases in Entrepreneurship and Operations.  I worked as a research assistant to Professor Hitendra Wadhwa and was honored to help him launch his acclaimed Institute for Personal Leadership.

At Columbia, I was also a proud member of the Men's Rugby Club and Beach Volleyball Club...because B-school is supposed to be fun too right?

During this phase at Bain, I focused on developing strategies for risk reduction and operational efficiency enhancement in the oil industry.  I also spent significant time in Mexico consulting banks and airlines.  A 6-month transfer took me to Hong Kong where I helped a global fashion company realign their portfolio of contract garment factories.

Through the firm's formal review process, I was rated in top 10% of peer group and promoted directly to post-MBA level prior to leaving for B-school

Conducted primary economic research in support of CEA Chairman and & Cabinet Member Gregory Mankiw.  My research on airline CRS deregulation was published in President George W. Bush's "Economic Report of the President, 2004"​.  Provided regular state-specific economic reports for President Bush & Vice-President Cheney to reference in speeches around the country.  Voted "best foosball" player in the White House administration (unofficially)...

Guided groups of cruise ship passengers on overland adventures through Alaska and the Yukon Territory. I drove the tour bus nearly 800 miles through rugged, inspiring country each trip, and regaled passengers with tales of Sam McGree & the Klondike Gold Rush. Yes, it was a very fun summer job.
