Eszter Erdélyi is a behavioral science expert, management consultant, and author who specializes in behavior change, behavior design, and customer engagement. Erdélyi has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a background in international economics and social psychology from Budapesti Corvinus Egyetem. She is the CEO of Feeding Your Kids Foundation, which focuses on digital health intervention for parents. Erdélyi is also the co-author of How Healthy Is Your Organization?: The Leader's Guide to Curing Corporate Diseases and Promoting Joyful Cultures, which offers organizational behavior change solutions informed by behavioral economics and psychology.

Before her current role, Erdélyi served in senior managerial positions at A.T.Kearney and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she specialized in human resources management and provided management consulting services.
