Kevin Freiberg is an accomplished author, consultant, and speaker with extensive experience in leadership and innovation. He has a Ph.D. in Education and Leadership Sciences from the University of San Diego and a Master's degree in Organizational Communication from San Diego State University. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from San Diego State University and started a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication at the University of Wyoming.
Freiberg, along with his wife Jackie, is the co-founder of the San Diego Consulting Group, which helps organizations accelerate innovation and develop leadership strategies designed to produce lasting change. He is a sought-after keynote speaker, and his consulting work has taken him across the globe, where he has worked with firms in Southeast Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Central and South America, as well as companies throughout the United States and Canada.
Freiberg has authored several books, including "NUTS! Southwest Airlines Crazy Recipe for Business and Personal Success," which highlights the strategies that made Southwest Airlines the most successful commercial airline in history. He co-wrote "BOOM!" and "GUTS!" case studies that profile firms doing what others say can't be done. In his most recent book, "BOCHY BALL: The Chemistry of Winning and Losing in Baseball, Business and Life," Freiberg collaborates with three-time World Champion Bruce Bochy to showcase the leadership skills and team chemistry that fuel both great baseball teams and successful businesses.
