He presently runs Agran Consulting, a leadership development consultancy, which supports organizations across the United States and worldwide. David has also partnered with renowned institutions like Sierra Nevada Foothills, Summit County Colorado, Incite Learning, Siemens Leadership Excellence, Mountain Lakes International, and The Center for Creative Leadership to deliver effective leadership and people development solutions.

David holds a Master of Education in Leadership from the University of San Diego and two Bachelors’ degrees in Economics and Experiential Education, and Economics summa cum laude from the University of New Hampshire Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.
