Philippe Nyssen is an accomplished investor and steward who has made a name for himself in the world of corporate governance. With a Master of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School, he has established himself as an expert in venture and growth, family businesses, and governance. He also holds degrees in Business Engineering and Finance from Solvay Brussels School and an Erasmus student in finance and economics from Maastricht University.

Nyssen gained invaluable experience at PwC, Samtech, and ING Belgium before joining Sofina as an Investment Associate. He now serves as a Principal at Sofina, offering valuable insights to the company's portfolio companies. In his role, he has been a Board Member for companies like SellerX and Dott, as well as a Board Observer for Deutsche Intensivpflege Holding BV and SellerX.
