He founded Alpha-Flow Management Consulting to provide guidance on Lean principals, Strategic Planning, Product Launch Planning, and Operations Workflow, with a focus on Lean. Mr. Grenter is a former President & CEO at Kyphon, a former CEO at Biolectron, and a former Group President EMEA Operations at Spacelabs Healthcare. He is currently a Senior Business Counselor at George Mason University.
