Julie Lata is a skilled Corporate Social Responsibility practitioner with expertise in strategic planning, grantmaking, project management, and employee engagement. With a passion for promoting gender equity and racial justice, Julie has worked with numerous organizations to leverage time, talent, and treasure for social good. She has studied Political Science at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and French Language and Literature at Université Stendhal (Grenoble III). Julie has held several roles including Program Manager of Global Community Affairs at Applied Materials, Chair and Co-Chair at Corporate Community Relations Consortium, and various managerial positions at Silicon Valley Community Foundation. She has also worked as a Congressional Intern at The Panetta Institute for Public Policy and Assistant to the Director of Grants and Programs at San Luis Obispo County Community Foundation.
