Honey, I Shrunk the Hierarchy LLC is a consulting vehicle through which I work on ad-hoc projects and avocations.I devised a solution to an information asymmetry problem inherent in an overseas real estate market, leaving buyers at a distinct disadvantage in over a third of transactions. I created an analytics app for the Transportation Network Company (TNC) industry (aka ‘ridesharing’). Mixing non-obvious supply and demand signals with unique stats and algorithms, the app helps TNCs  better manage driver supply and attrition costs, and helps drivers maximize their value by knowing when and where to drive.Along with friends, I started a hedge fund to field various automated trading strategies.I have advised several ventures on business strategy, disruptive innovation, product development, sales and marketing, and fundraising.

StarOne Networks provided Internet and mobile services to music artists, labels, and athletes in addition to digital media consulting services. I was responsible for technical, creative, and content creation functions; Employee #3.Fan club management is an expensive and time-consuming task.  I helped convert the process from an unprofitable, inefficient one, to an income-generating, scalable operation.● I managed the design and development of a comprehensive content management system which administered the content on all the StarOne web properties; Managed 5-person team.● Managed the content creation for several artists and personalities, including: Brooks and Dunn (Sony/BMG), Amy Grant (Warner Records), Relient K (Capitol Records), Michael W.
