Todd St Vrain is an experienced international education expert with a focus on cultivating connections between Australia and the United States. He has been working in this field for 20 years and has been associated with some of the top-ranked universities across the continents. Todd holds a Master's degree in International Education Development with a focus on International Education policy, planning, and TESOL from the Teachers College of Columbia University. Earlier, he pursued his Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Chinese Studies, and Economics from the American University School of International Service.

Before joining the University of Melbourne as North America Manager (Canada & US) in San Francisco, Todd served as the UTS Law Advancement Manager at the University of Technology, Sydney, the Director of the Sydney Center at IES Abroad, and the Manager of International Initiatives at the University of Rochester, amongst other roles. He has an extensive range of skills related to international student recruitment, student mobility, international partnerships, advancement, corporate relations, and alumni relations. Todd has also excelled in marketing, business development, and teaching roles.
