Jeff Bharkhda

Jeff Bharkhda is a Partner at PwC's San Francisco Transaction Services practice, specializing in advising Private Equity clients on various transaction types including divestitures, joint ventures, purchase price disputes, and bankruptcy buyouts.

With a background that spans across geographies, Jeff started his career in PwC's Philadelphia office, then moved to PwC's London office for two years, before settling in San Francisco.

Jeff's expertise extends beyond traditional transaction services, as he completed an in-resident rotation at Genesis Park, PwC’s global leadership development program, working on strategic business initiatives and new product development with a diverse global team.

Jeff's dedication and excellence in client service delivery have been highlighted by his recognition as a two-time Chairman's Award finalist. He also takes a leadership role by heading the LGBT+ Employee Resource Group at PwC.

Jeff Bharkhda studied Finance and Accounting at the University of Scranton and has a background in Deals Partner, Transaction Services, and Assurance roles at PwC, reflecting his diverse experience and expertise in the financial sector.
