Bernardo Mateluna

Bernardo Mateluna is a results- and solution-driven integrative leader with a diverse set of functional strengths including commercial and business development activities, product, resource and stakeholder management, and process optimization. He possesses soft strengths such as negotiation, mediation, and communication skills, as well as relationship and team building and development abilities.

Bernardo holds an MBA in General Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management. His undergraduate studies include a BA in Economics and International Relations from Pomona College, as well as Liberal Arts and Sciences studies at Harvard University.

His professional experience encompasses roles such as Country Advisor at ICEX, Executive Consultant at SMEs in the Consumer, Retail & Distribution Sector, Country Managing Director and Retail General Manager at Grupo Marathon, and Sales Manager for EMEA & LatAm in the Food Services Division at Sealed Air Ltd.

Bernardo Mateluna has also worked as an Executive Consultant for Grupo Marathon, various middle market companies, and Anglo American (PIP). Additionally, he has held positions as the General Manager at The Coco Group, Commercial & Operations Independent Consultant for Spanish SMEs, and has worked as an Associate / Associate Director at UBS. Earlier in his career, he served as a Financial Analyst and Senior Financial Analyst at JLL.
