She has over five years of experience in National Sponsorship, Cross-Functional Leadership, and Diversity & Inclusion. With a passion for lifting those in need and creating a positive impact, she has grown her sponsorship portfolio to over $5 million while expanding K-12 STEM programming across the globe.

Before her role as Director of Corporate Partnerships & Individual Giving at FIRST, Cassie held a diverse set of roles. She previously served as the Director of Corporate Partnerships-Southern California at FIRST, National Director of External Engagement, Director of Civic Engagement and Managing Director of External Engagement at Citizen Schools, and Development Coordinator for Hospice & Palliative Care of Cabarrus County and the Arthritis Foundation. She began her career as the Special Events and Outreach Coordinator at Blue Ridge Hospice.

In addition to her impressive professional skills, Cassie is a graduate of Radford University and John Handley High School, and she enjoys spending time with her family and animals exploring sunny Southern California.
