Sam Li has a diverse professional background with significant achievements in business development, sales management, and market expansion. With a Bachelor of Art in Information Science from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, Sam has demonstrated strong leadership and innovation in various roles.

In his career, Sam Li revamped the direct selling model by introducing an internet + direct selling approach, leading to rapid market expansion and the establishment of training systems and operational frameworks. He successfully opened multiple international markets during his tenure, including Macao, Singapore, Canada, and Mexico, with plans to expand into 50 new markets from 2017 to 2019.

Notably, Sam built the first mobile platform Business Unit, HeHa, developing hardware and software products that attracted over 1 million users. He also spearheaded cooperation projects with prestigious institutions like Harvard University and MIT. His strategic decisions at Avon led to a significant increase in the direct selling business and earned him the 2011 Avon Global Chairman Award for outstanding performance.
