Hema Malhotra is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in manpower planning, budgeting, recruitment, employee engagement, policy implementation, performance management, and talent management. She earned her MBA in HR from Bharati Vidyapeeth and has a B.COM in Commerce from Delhi University.

Over the years, Hema has held several HR management and leadership positions in various organizations, including FRHSI, Smile Foundation, CMS, Everonn Education Limited, Manya Education, and New Era India. She has extensive experience in managing absence, attrition, and exit interviews. She has a passion for creating and implementing HR policies and diversity and inclusion programs.
