Account Executive, Strategic Accounts

- On boarded new accounts and ensuring client satisfaction on contracts of $7M YTD including Art Direction, contract preparation, project management of end to end workflow, and creating SOP documentation to provide to local team for subsequent productions.

-  Managed on-going development of proprietary Project Resource Management (PRM) database system including trafficking communication between systems developers and users, oversee UAT and QA testing, and ensuring completion for end user satisfaction.

-  Implemented and trained staff on new technology, systems, and workflows including successful training and deployment for 7 business units and 100 users nationwide on aforementioned PRM.

-  Conducted regular audits of 13 studio locations nationwide to ensure efficiency and best practices.

Sandbox Studio

Director, Implementation and Corporate Services

- Managed and opened from the ground up TJMaxx in house Sandbox Studio, Memphis TN; relocated to ensure smooth transition to local production manager. Including interviewing, scouting possible studio locations, systems development to ensure correct flow of data.

-  Managed and elevated Sandbox Studio, Los Angeles CA; relocated to ensure proper training of local crew and elevate business development. Increased profit margin from -1.9% to 42%.

-  Provided remote and local support to all high volume productions nationwide.

-  Reconciled expense reports and timesheets, as well as book travel and accommodations for travel team members; 15 people.

-  Responsible for overseeing client financial health and budgets including creating pricing, billing, cost
analysis and creating proposals.

-  Led client presentations and studio tours including end to end workflows and production processes; up to 35 people.

-  Reviewed and provided feedback on RFP’s and legal documents.

Account Manager

- Conceived and produced “Fashion Delivers: The Pre Shows”, NYC charity event including silent auction, runway fashion show and after party; 450 guests, raised $20,000 for Fashion Delivers Charity.

-  Responsible for booking of talent including models photographers, hair and make-up, wardrobe stylists.

-  Managed check in and check out of all merchandise received in studio by utilizing FileMaker system.

-  Responsible for prepping, tracking, and organizing clothing and soft goods for catalog and advertising photo shoots.

-  Contributed to Social Media including blog posts and twitter.

- Contributed to Creative Team meetings, offering current trend input and style forecasting to incorporate in to photo shoots.
