Elaine Mosconi is an associate professor at Université de Sherbrooke with a passion for the impact and contribution of emergent technologies and the 4th Industrial Revolution on organizations, people's lives, and the world. Elaine has an impressive educational background with degrees from Université Laval, Universidade de São Paulo, and Universidade Federal de São Carlos. She has also studied at Université de Sherbrooke.

Elaine has worked with students on several topics, including Digital Transformation, Industry 4.0, Collaborative Innovation, Information and knowledge management, Social Media Intelligence, Decision performance, and Business Intelligence. She has experience as a co-founder at Centre d'excellence en gestion de l’entreprise manufacturière innovante (CEGEMI) and as a Co-Managing Director at Intellilab. Elaine has also worked as an Assistant and Associate Professor at Université de Sherbrooke and has served as a Visiting Associate Professor at École des Mines de Saint-Étienne.

Elaine's other professional experience includes working as a Knowledge Management Consultant at IntelliKEM and as an Information and Knowledge Manager at Faculté des sciences de l'administration - FSA at Université Laval. She has also worked as a Researcher at Nucleus of Advanced Manufacturing (NUMA) at Universidade de São Paulo and as a Teaching Assistant at the Department of Information Science at UFSCar.
