Anis BEDDA is a multilingual entrepreneur with international experience in innovation, coworking, and intrapreneurship. He is the founder of transforma bxl, a coworking and innovation space in Brussels, and the co-founder of the Intrapreneurship Conference, now known as Innov8rs, a global gathering of intrapreneurs and innovation experts. With his company BottomUp Innovation, Anis helps organizations innovate from the bottom up through intrapreneurship, open innovation, NWOW, and crowdsourcing, focusing on staff engagement, fulfillment, and happiness.

Anis holds a bachelor's degree in Management-Marketing from the Faculté des Sciences Economiques et de Gestion de Tunis. He is proficient in six languages, including Arabic, French, English, Italian, Spanish, and Dutch, with a keen understanding of cultural nuances essential for building relationships and effectively communicating with multicultural audiences.

An AIESEC member for six years, Anis passionately worked to develop change agents and played an active role in the leadership development experiences network.

Over the years, Anis has held several positions, including Chief Executive Officer at Zendare, co-president of BeCoworking, and Ideas Manager and Careholder at The Hub Brussels. He has worked as a project management consultant, a sales manager, and provided customer support. He has experience in marketing, account management, and communication.
