Prior to Firef.ly, Chad was the Creative Director of Experience Design at SapientNitro, where he helped companies solve complex challenges with creative design and technology. Throughout his career, he has led large and small cross-disciplinary teams of UX designers, visual designers, writers, and creative technologists. Chad has studied at the University of Oregon, Semester at Sea, and ISA Study Abroad in London, gaining a broad perspective on cultures and ways of life.
