Meet Jeanette Mostert, a versatile and experienced Senior Engineer - Asset and Network Performance at WSP. With a background in Routine Road Maintenance, Jeanette brings with her a wealth of leadership, management, technical, interpersonal, and communication skills. She has delivered several high-quality road maintenance activities planning and programming, effective forward works planning and programming, as well as contract and operations management projects. Jeanette has also hands-on experience in asset management and planning, dedication to quality assurances and management, risk management, road safety management, and strong financial and administrative acumen.

Jeanette has a passion for cultivating strong professional relationships with teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, effectively, and safely. Her goal-oriented and focused attention, along with her solution-oriented attitude and excellent mentoring qualities, brings forth a highly motivated team.

She holds several certifications and qualifications such as a degree in CMEngNZ (Engineering Technician), Engineering Technician (EngTech), Highway Engineering, BTec Civil Engineering, PrDip Highway Engineering, and certificates in Highway Technology, Highway Maintenance, Transport Planning and Traffic Management, and Estimating and Costing (MCDHW).

Jeanette is also in the process of completing a Certified User Certification, particularly in AutoCAD Civil 3D Expert Program. She is a firm believer in improving her skills, knowledge, and that of her colleagues to achieve positive growth, self-motivation, and career development.
