Ashwin Avasarala is a versatile management consultant with expertise in client management, team building, and analytics strategy. He graduated with an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with a focus on Strategy, Entrepreneurship and Finance. Ashwin has also completed his Master of Science in Physics and his Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science.

Ashwin's professional experience extends across various organizations, such as Tredence Inc., Koch Industries, and Mu Sigma. He has worked as an Analytics Engagement Leader in Supply Chain, Pricing, and Digital Transformation at Koch Industries. At Tredence Inc., Ashwin has held positions such as Sr. Engagement Lead, Sr. Manager, Teaching Assistant, and Engagement Manager. He has also worked as a Director, Producer, Actor, and Photographer at Tahatto Theatre.

In addition to his corporate jobs, Ashwin has been involved in social causes. He has served as a Board Member and Fundraising Committee Chair at Facing Forward to End Homelessness. Furthermore, he co-founded Insights For Impact (I4I) and Green Fairy Productions.
