Bob Fedak is an accomplished Information Technology leader with over 20 years of experience in Service Management, CX/UX, Business Partnering, Vendor / Contract Management, and IT Operations. He has a proven track record of collaborating with business partners to deliver exceptional IT services that help achieve mission goals. Bob is an ITIL-certified professional with a Master's in Business Administration from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.

At Akebia Therapeutics, Bob served as the Director of IT Service Management Lead, prioritizing customer service and operational excellence. He was also formerly the Associated Director of IT for the company. Prior to that, Bob was the Director of Commercial IT Application Services Lead and the Associate Director of IT Service Management at Shire. He has also held IT leadership positions for American Red Cross, Biomedical Services, Payer Connections, Salu Inc, Medicalogic / Medscape, Smith & Nephew DonJoy, and ConAm Property Management.
