Oriol Nadal is a seasoned Finance Director with over 10 years of experience in Corporate Controlling, Finance, and M&A. He has a strategic vision and strong analytical skills that enable him to give sound advice to financial and business development departments. A former employee of Kern Pharma, he has experience as a Finance Manager, International Finance Business Partner, and Country CFO. Oriol holds an Executive MBA from IESE Business School, a postgraduate degree in Corporate Compliance Law, and degrees in Business Administration and Law from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.

As a former Manager in Fraud Investigation and Dispute Services at EY and Senior in Fraud Investigations and Dispute Services, he has extensive experience in fraud investigation, due diligence, and negotiations with investors, banks, and advisors. Oriol has also worked at BBVA and La Caixa as a Summer Associate.

Having studied at the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and with experience in the pharma sector, Oriol is well-versed in business modeling and benchmarking for SaaS, Software, E-commerce, and Mobile industries.
