Megan Arthur is an experienced design and user experience researcher with a Bachelor's degree in Interactive Technology from Arizona State University. Her career started as a Social Media Marketer for the same institution, and she also interned at Walt Disney World as a Disney College Program Intern. Megan has worked as a User Experience Researcher for Pearson and EdPlus, and as a Design Researcher for Design Concepts and Delve, where she specialized in developing design research strategies, user experience testing, and improving software and application interfaces. Currently, she is Design and User Experience Researcher at IBM.

Throughout her career, Megan has honed her skills in user-centered design, design thinking, and research methodologies such as usability testing, surveys, and focus groups. Additionally, she is experienced in team leadership, client management, and project coordination. Megan is a passionate researcher and strategist, who enjoys studying user behavior and providing insights for creating innovative and user-friendly products and applications.
