Spencer Wolff is a New York-based attorney with a diverse range of skills and experience in media and art law, corporate structuring, and commercial contracts. After obtaining a B.A in History and Literature from Harvard University, Wolff studied Comparative Literature and Comparative Constitutional Law at Yale University, where he received an M.A., M.Phil., and Ph.D., graduating distinguished. He then pursued further education in law, earning a Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law and an LLM in Law and Economics from Sciences Po Paris and the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.

As an attorney, Wolff has specialized in advising startups and new businesses on their legal needs within the tech and entertainment industries. Additionally, he has a notable history of teaching and publishing, having served as an Adjunct Faculty member at Ecole normale supérieure, a Law Fellow at University of Cape Town, Faculty of Law, and a Professor of English at the University of Paris. Wolff also spent time working as a freelancer for the New York Times and contributed to the Huffington Post as a blog contributor. Additionally, he has a background in film and photography, having worked as a Director/Producer at STOP Productions, a Staff Photographer for the East Hampton Star and Southampton Press, and as an Assistant Director of Communications for Orphans of Rwanda, Inc.
