Andrea Merrigan is an accomplished HR executive who currently serves as a Director for ChapmanCG, one of the leading executive search firms in the human resources industry. With extensive experience in senior HR searches in EMEA, Andrea specializes in partnering with CHROs and CEOs to appoint their global, regional and country HR teams. Prior to her current position, Andrea held several roles across the globe, including residing in Singapore for a decade and working in Japan and Hawaii.

Andrea received a First-Class Honours degree in Government from University College Cork and Executive Masters of Science in Industrial Organisational Psychology & Human Resource Management from Baruch College. She also completed the Asia Pacific Leadership Program at East-West Center. Her expertise includes HR business partners, data and analytics, organizational development, talent acquisition and development, transformation, and culture change.
