Allison Gulati is an accomplished professional with an impressive background in Higher Education, specifically in College Student Affairs Administration. She studied at the University of Georgia and James Madison University, where she obtained a Master's Degree in College Student Affairs Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Communication and Business, respectively. Allison has held various leadership positions throughout her career, including Associate Dean of Students and Director of Strategic Initiatives at Lehigh University. Before her current position, she worked as an Assistant Dean of Students and Director of Student Leadership Development at Lehigh University, and as an Assistant Director of Residence Life. Allison provides innovative and strategic leadership for the Division of Student Affairs, where she supervises and leads operations for Athletics, Campus Safety, Counseling Services, Health Center, Multicultural Affairs, Title IX, Student Conduct, Residential Services, Student Activities, Leadership, Orientation, Fraternity, and Sorority Life, and Student Union.
