Suzanne Westerheim is an accomplished attorney-mediator with expertise in various areas of law. She specializes in disciplinary, malpractice, and licensing matters for lawyers and law students. Graduating with honors from The University of Texas School of Law in 1991, she is a trusted advisor to lawyers and law firms regarding ethics and risk management issues. Westerheim is an expert witness on lawyer conduct issues and has authored numerous articles and presentations on legal ethics issues. She is a former member of the Editorial Board of the ABA/BNA Lawyers’ Manual on Professional Conduct and of the Board of Directors of the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers. Additionally, Westerheim served as Chair of the Dallas Bar Association Legal Ethics Committee. She also possesses specialties in mediation, grievance defense, state bar licensing, board of legal specialization representation, law office practices, procedures, and risk management.
