Nikolay Vargasov is an expert in international business, trade, and tax law with a strong background in legal advising for financial institutions. He studied a Master of International Business Law (LL.M) at the Catholic University of Lyon and a Specialist degree in International public law at Nizhny Novgorod State University.

Mr. Vargasov started his career as a paralegal at Maslov and Partners Law Firm, and later became a junior associate in the same firm. He gained experience in several areas including capital markets, corporate law, and litigation. He also had an opportunity to work as a trainee at VTB Capital, one of the leading investment banks in Russia. Currently, he serves as Head of Legal at UFG Wealth Management, offering legal advice on private equity, real estate investments, and wealth management.
