Ruslan Tolba is a well-educated and experienced professional who has made a name for himself in various industries. He studied high school diploma in Aeronautical Engineering from Aviation High School of Sweden and later went on to obtain a B.S in Aeronautical Science and Airline Pilot AOC from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Additionally, he completed a Core Credential of Readiness in Business analytics, Financial Accounting, and Economics for Managers from HBX / Harvard Business School.

Tolba has worked in diverse roles, including being the CEO of Ukrainian Solar, co-founder of A&R Partners, and JetSmarter. He also worked as an Airline Captain at United Express/TransStates Airlines and an IFT Instructor Pilot at the United States Air Force Academy. He has also served as the Assistant Flight Training Manager, Instructor Pilot, and Check Airman at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
