Rita Fridella is a highly experienced organizational health expert with over 30 years of experience. She has been associated with Morneau Shepell since 2001 and has worked in various leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Operations for Employee Support Solutions and Chief Clinician. She has also served as President of LifeWorks and Executive Vice President of Morneau Shepell. Rita is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt and has played a key role in leading strategic initiatives to improve the company's systems and processes. She holds numerous degrees and certifications, including an Executive MBA, an Advanced Graduate Diploma in Management, a Master's in Education in Counseling Psychology, and an advanced certificate in professional mediation. In addition, she is a past board member of the Employee Assistance Society of North America. At present, she is associated with LifeWorks, where she is making significant contributions.
