Amy Patti is an accomplished communications leader with extensive experience in developing strategic corporate and consumer communications programs across channels. With a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in business/marketing from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, she has demonstrated success in forging relationships with key stakeholders throughout an organization and leading through significant organizational change. Her expertise includes global crisis communications and issues management, brand launch communications, C-suite counseling and positioning, media relations, storytelling across traditional and digital platforms, integrated program execution, internal communications, and team leadership.

Before assuming her current position as Director of Corporate Communications at UL, Amy had worked as Communications Director at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago, Senior Vice President at Edelman, Director of Corporate Communications, Director of Social Business Integration, and Public Relations Manager at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, and Intern-Account Supervisor at Edelman.
