He spent most of his career as a Project Manager, Project Director, and Company Director at Sun Engineering (QLD) Pty Ltd, the company that his father founded. Mark's success lies in his ability to lead by example, care about his team, and offer excellence in efficiency to counterbalance the high labor cost in the industry.

Throughout his career, Mark has led and successfully delivered projects in Australia, Papua New Guinea, and China, including building gold and copper mines, chemical plants, stadiums, coal mines, coal ports, power stations, and significant infrastructure projects. Furthermore, he held various senior positions, including Divisional Manager for Construction, Equipment, and Papua New Guinea Markets.
