Andy Parnes is a skilled and experienced senior financial executive, CPA with a Big 4 background and an impressive mix of public and private company experience in the real estate and homebuilding industries. With a focus on finding strategic solutions to improve a company's performance, Andy has worked on multi-division enterprises, raised billions in capital, negotiated complex deals with banks, private equity investors, and joint venture partners, and managed M&A processes. He also has extensive experience in investor relations and SEC reporting, led comprehensive restructuring exercises, and managed IT functions. Andy has shown a track record of navigating complex and transformational projects that involve multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
