Kristina von Hoffmann is a seasoned nonprofit leader with over ten years of experience in climate-related operations, team building, fundraising, and event planning. Her passion for implementing human-focused strategies to address climate impacts throughout California and beyond drives her daily work as Senior Operations Director at Climate Resolve. Hoffmann studied French Language, French Studies, and Environmental Studies at Scripps College, and she continues to expand her knowledge and understanding of progressive organizational management, race equity culture building, and holistic health practices.

In addition to her professional work, Hoffmann is also a private Yoga instructor for elders, athletes, and corporate teams. And her love for travel has brought her to different countries worldwide to learn more about culture, people, and food. Hoffmann is also a Board Member for the Venice Heritage Foundation and plays an active role in establishing the first history museum for Venice, CA.
