Jeffrey Koeppel is an accomplished attorney with extensive transactional experience in extraordinary corporate transactions. He has specializations in crowdfunding, venture capital, private equity acquisitions and dispositions, initial public offerings, mutual to stock conversions, financial services regulatory matters, and corporate defense.
