Larry Hopper

Larry Hopper is an accomplished urban planner with a wealth of experience in city planning and management. He studied Master, Regional and City Planning (MRCP) at University of Oklahoma, honing his expertise in planning and executing city development projects. With his invaluable knowledge, Larry has worked in various capacities, most notably as a Planning Manager at City of Oklahoma City and as an Urban Planner for the same city.

As Planning Manager, he manages the city’s development project portfolio, collaborates with stakeholders to make critical planning decisions, and ensures that project goals align with the city’s long-term plans. Prior to this role, Larry was an Urban Planner where he worked in zoning and building codes enforcement, subdivision review and processing, and neighborhood planning.

Larry is passionate about using his expertise to contribute to the development and growth of cities. His dedication to his craft and his desire for positive change sets him apart as an excellent urban planner.
