Before this, Blake worked as the Senior Merchandise Manager/Director of sales at Burton/Nixon/Gravis, where he was responsible for driving sales and gross margin by spearheading and implementing category strategies. Additionally, he was a buyer and Director of stores and Retail Marketing and Merchandising at Villains, where he developed and executed strategic brand management and marketing programs.
