Senior Digital Consultant and Account/Project Director at Adelphi Digital Consulting Group (previously Reading Room). I joined Adelphi Digital upon their inception in October 2015, moving to Singapore from London in the process. Responsibilities include digital consultancy, account management, project management, stakeholder management, and business development for clients in Singapore, Hong Kong and Thailand. I also take a strong interest in helping improve internal processes including employee engagement, marketing & communications, and internal training. As a digital consultant I focus on digital strategy, marketing and communications (content and social strategy), user experience, and business transformation including change management. Common activities include running stakeholder workshops, business analysis, user research, usability testing, and measurement/evaluation. I spend a lot of time talking to key stakeholders in my projects, finding out their business requirements and providing solutions. In addition, I manage the activity of our project consultants and other members of project team implementing the solution (designers; front end developers; back end developers). My clients in Singapore, Hong Kong and Thailand include those working in financial services, government agencies, corporate services and retail organisations.

In 2014 I joined Reading Room working in one of their specialist consultancy teams. Our remit involved scoping, managing and implementing projects involving user research, service design, business transformation, and the application of behavioural psychology on digital platforms and communications. I was appointed to the Senior Management Team of the division in April 2015 and seconded to the Reading Room Singapore office between July and August 2015.My role responsibilities were a variety of digital consultancy, business development, account and stakeholder management, project management, and implementation. A pilot study indicated that 93% of surveyed employees said they liked the look and feel of the new intranet, whilst 98% said the new intranet will help them in their job.

Digital Consultant

In my spare time during 2014, I worked with Health eLiving Partnership (previously known as Virtually Free) advising them on marketing. Part of the Telefonica-backed Wayra Accelerator, and founded by two ex-NHS psychiatrists, HeLP create online applications for mobile devices (including VR) that aim to help users with common mental health issues such as stress and anxiety, as well as arachnophobia and agoraphobia. The apps use commonly-used therapeutic techniques but add a layer of gamification to make them much more likely to be completed compared to similar treatments. The fact they can be remotely accessed and (in most cases) do not require a prescription makes them even more attractive to many sufferers.I met with Russ, Andreas and Chris (COO, CEO and CCO) on a regular basis to discuss their plans, offer marketing advice and act as a sounding board for their ideas and queries. I also helped steer their marketing team, offering tactical advice on their regular activities (website; email and social marketing). I also helped out at their popular events. When I joined Reading Room I arranged a 'show and tell' networking session between the two teams in late 2015 to showcase HeLPs products and strategy. As well as being a fun night for my team to learn about the use cases for VR in healthcare, it also opened up avenues for commercial opportunities between our two companies. Unfortunately I had to dial down my commitment to HeLP as I progressed in my full-time job. This is an area I remain really interested in, though - I can't wait to see how technology can really open up affordable, but credible, healthcare options to the mass market. HeLP are really forging the way in this area and working with them was a great experience.

Marketing Advisor

Managed digital marketing activity for the international wholesale banking arm of RBS, whose clients are the C-suite and treasurers of financial institutions and FTSE100 organisations.Role responsibilities included managing digital marketing campaigns; managing content on the global corporate website; working with preferred suppliers to create and implement SEO and social media strategies; analytics, overseeing use of the corporate media studio to produce audiovisual content; advising colleagues throughout 38 international offices on digital marketing solutions and best practice.Led the editorial content board for the marketing department and, in addition to role responsibilities, was the department's representative on the company's CSR and social committees.Key successes- Implemented migration of RBS M&IB corporate website and country websites to 1) new hosting environment and 2) responsive design. - Built and promoted dedicated and content-rich SEPA microsite, helping clients understand more about this critical timely issue within the transaction services industry. Promoted via the RBS corporate website, integrated offline collateral and PPC campaign; all of which increased traffic to SEPA content by 500% over a five month period.- Devised, planned and executed digital marketing campaign promoting RBS's presence at the biggest FI conference of the year: Sibos 2013. Worked with senior business stakeholders to agree budget and multichannel activity and following post-campaign reporting I made recommendations for Sibos 2014 activity. - Worked in a small project team to devise and implement a cross-function internal comms project for the division’s Chief Administrative Office. This entailed pitching a proposed marketing plan to senior stakeholders and organising, and presenting at, a launch event for circa 80 employees.

Digital Marketing Manager - International Banking

Devised, implemented and evaluated digital marketing campaigns and activity (national and global) for the renowned in-house residential research team and the following business divisions: Development, Planning, Housing Investment Consultancy, Residential Capital Markets, Residential Development Sales, Rural and Global Residential. BAU activities included email marketing, website content creation and management, extranet and SharePoint portal creation and management, SEO/PPC, social media marketing, online PR and advertising, audiovisual content, web analytics.The role involved liaising with and reporting back to key business stakeholders on a regular basis and ensuring a consistent and integrated approach with the in-house marketing and PR teams.Key successes: - Pioneered use of audiovisual content for the in-house residential research team to increase awareness of key takeaway message both internally and externally. Increased engagement with flagship research reports by up to 250%. - Managed and implemented in-house natural search project undertaken with the residential capital markets business unit. Resulted in main product page returning as first out of c.300m results for the generic search term 'residential investment'.- Worked with preferred supplier briefing in an interactive house price map based on in-house research data to pitch to online news outlets with the aim of increased SEO for our research website. The map was featured on the Daily Mail website, improving SEO and also boosting visits to the Savills UK website by 10%. In 2013 the Savills-hosted map received more than 100,000 pageviews.- Worked with preferred supplier to brief in an interactive CIL map (<a href="http://www.savills.co.uk/cil">www.savills.co.uk/cil</a>) that used publicly-accessible data to build a useful and added-value tool for employees and clients alike. Maximised existing resource to ensure minimal additional budget was required to create a tool that no other competitor was offering. Featured in Estates Gazette.

Senior Digital Marketing Executive (Associate)

After two weeks’ work experience I was employed as a full-time member of the international property consultancy’s in-house digital marketing team, initially on a 12 month maternity contract which was then made permanent.I progressed through different role responsibilities during this time which gave me a solid foundation in digital marketing as well as wider communication and marketing skills.My main initial responsibilities involved implementing the digital components of B2C and B2B marketing campaigns. BAU consisted of email marketing, proofreading, extranet creation and updates, intranet administration, website updates and analytics. As I developed my digital marketing skills and built relationships with internal stakeholders, the role grew to become one more of account management, alongside implementation, for seven individual business units. Key projects during this period: - working on the project team for the Savills corporate website relaunch.- advising on and implementing internal and external communications for the Group CEO. This included those surrounding Savills plc's annual and interim results. - starting and managing the corporate Twitter feed during 2010-11, prior to a dedicated social media manager being recruited to the company. Followers increased 400% over a 12 month period and I wrote and distributed Savills’ Twitter branding and content guidelines for colleagues across the international network.- training colleagues in the UK, Europe, the Americas and APAC.

Digital Marketing Executive

I was employed by the world’s leading packager of high-quality reference books and encyclopaedias for two consecutive summers to cover for their Marketing Manager. My key responsibilities were dealing with requests from publishers and agents, carrying out research for new titles and helping to organise the company’s stand at both the Beijing and Frankfurt book fairs 2007 and 2008. I liaised with both the Company’s managing director and chairman on a daily basis and was also given the opportunity to gain experience in production, editorial, design and picture research.
