Marcio Souza is a highly experienced professional with over 16 years of expertise in the Financial Services, Consumables, and Telecom industries. A computer science graduate from Centro Universitário Senac and a post-graduation in Business Administration and Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Besides Portuguese, his native language, Marcio is fluent in English and has intermediate Spanish and basic Chinese language skills.

Marcio has solid knowledge and expertise in IT Project Management and Consulting, System Development, Solution Architecture, and Process Review & Automation. He is a certified PMP/PMI, ITIL, COBIT, and Scrum Master (CSM). Throughout his career, Marcio has held various senior technology and systems management positions in several multinational companies, including Mercer and Accenture. Previously, he was the Head of Information Technology at Gera - Gestão de Modelos Comerciais, Senior Systems Manager for Latin America at Mercer, and Senior Technology Consulting Manager at Accenture.

Currently, Marcio holds a leadership role as the Director of Technology at VCOM Tecnologia. He has worked extensively to offer technology solutions that drive business growth and productivity, improving customer experiences and engagement. With a focus on delivering high-quality services with a client-centric approach, Marcio has honed his analytical and leadership skills, enabling companies to navigate through challenging business environments.
