Vishal Naresh Oberoi is a highly accomplished professional with a robust educational background and extensive experience in the banking and finance sector. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Telecommunications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and a Master of Science from the University of Pennsylvania. Vishal has worked in various leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank, including MD and Chief Risk Officer for Group Functions, where he oversaw areas like Compliance, Finance, HR, Legal, and Corporate Affairs. Prior to that, he served as the Chief of Staff to the Group Chief Operating Officer, demonstrating his proficiency in strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. He also has experience in managing Surveillance, Process Controls, Quality Management, and Implementation of Strategic Programs in the financial crime compliance domain.
